I was a bit sad this week as I headed to my mom and dad's place to celebrate their birthdays but they were out when I tried to visit. My cousin was staying with them and I really wanted to see her after so many years.

My mom and dad are a mere 2 days apart (Feb 18 and 20 but born the SAME year) - Guess which one is older?

Wrapped up an absolutely awesome day of snow mobiling up in the Colorado mountains this morning to kick-off the Chaser Convention! Weather was clear, cold, and perfect with sparkling white-powder snow!

Yes ... It's REAL (A Siberian Husky Puppy) ... In about a year this dog will be pulling dog sleds along the Continental Divide in Colorado.

Off to ChaserCon this weekend! Snow mobiling on Friday with the "chase gang" then to the Convention from Friday evening through Sunday. See you all out there - Video's are all done and the 10-minute kick-butt presentation / mix-down complete for video night on Saturday!

Today's "unfriend list" was (drum roll): Andre Heitmann and Connie Misiewicz.

Their violations were the famous Castleville and Empires and Allies requests. Not to mention the latest offenses to Farmville and the NEW Fish World ... OOe Ahhhh!

These apps cannot be blocked (or the block feature does NOT work). I have NO TIME for them. I cut Duo Cheng some slack just because I know him and he can slide for his "CityVille" request.

Don't be the next victim of "The Hammer"!

Oh, and also R.I.P to Whitney Houston ;-(

Tribute to chaser Andy Gabrielson ... There is NO excuse for drunk drivers - We lost a great chaser because of it. God bless and RIP - We will all miss this great young storm chaser.

Drunks on the road ... Now another very well-known storm chaser is dead because of it. Andy Gabrielson was killed this past weekend in a tragic accident due to a drunk driver hitting him. His 27th birthday would have been at this year's Chasercon in Denver in a couple of weeks. This was very sad news.

Meanwhile, a subtropical system is brewing south of Florida just as the NY Giants won the Superbowl as of February 5th.
