Just finished Christmas with family ... Monitoring tornado outbreak across Deep South and massive wedge tornado across mobile, AL on an 'armchair' chase. Hoping loss of life is at a minimum.

LOL ... Some of my own family members say folks in Toronto are "stupid" because they are so "accepting" of foriegn people - Ofcourse I'm NOT one of those members.

I honor seeing an Asian woman and a Black guy married, seeing non-whites and myself right away getting along (I DONT see any of that in FL - Because so many folks here in the US are LIKE some of my "family members")!

I got to just say that the USA is a really - REALLY eff-ed up place. I cannot argue with some "fools" on accepting or not-accepting interracial relationships / friendships ... But I am soooo disappointed in what I see so far - Now I understand why Blacks / Asians / Latins "hate me at first sight" here in the "states".

Too many family "members"?

Jeez - GET EFF-ING A-LONG !!!!!!!!!!

Ahh Saturday (12/22) ... Cool here in FL on a crystal clear day. Sky is blue (not red) - So we're all still here through all the doomsday rumors of the 21st. Days get longer now from here on until summer. Skydiving today then getting ready for Christmas.

OK ... Here we go - So much BS about 12/21/2012 ... It's HIGHLY UNLIKELY the world will end. 12/22 will be just another day and the world will keep turning.

Any disasters, snow storms, explosions, and (hopefully NO) shootings ... Will be islolated and localized "events" - Nothing to do with the world ending.

Take any "doomsday" assumptions as "entertainment" ... No more and no less. That's all it is.

Really nasty air pocket flying back from Canada Monday - Somewhere over W Virginia the plane (Airbus 319 at 36,000 feet) just dropped a hundred feet or so. Luckily everyone was belted in tight, and no food / drinks were being served.

It was bumpy for a while, then calm for 5 minutes, then the plane lurched and for 5-10 seconds if it wasn't for my setbelt I would have hit the ceiling. Scary stuff. Food and some trays did fly back in the galley ;-)

The flight attendant said that was the worst jolt she felt in 13 years of flying. The culprit was the top of the "troposphere" and a 150 knots (jetstream) headwind (ground / resultant speed of only 360 MPH in a plane that does at least 530 MPH through the air).

Mystery leak under my sink this morning ... Filled up the cabinet floor, what a mess - had to throw stuff away!

Low and behold, after shaving, and seeing water seemingly coming out of the BOWL of the sink ... NO - Not from the joints or piping, just mysteriously appearing!

Then tried to turn on water again (after cleaning the "flood" up), and could not re-create the "leak" (or whatever it was)! This means trying to call apt maintenance won't work (if you cannot re-create the problem)!

Just for "safety", I put some garbage bags taped below the sink "bowl" (basin) in the highly unlikely event it would happen again ;-(

Looks like the SE Philippines is the tropical cyclone "hot spot" of the world right now! I wonder if @[61012113:2048:James Reynolds] was able to make it there? Awesome storm!

Screw Christmas ... Long lines, pushing and shoving, family all pissed off (cousins / dad). I thought this was supposed to be a HAPPY time?

Maybe this time when I go to Canada in a few weeks I WONT come back ;-(
