OK ... Several major events coming up. Birthdays, Thanksgiving, Halloween, Christmas, New Years 2010, Easter, and STORM CHASING in 2010 and being grateful it's not (and hopefully laughing at) 2009.

Thinking about LEAVING storm-track (too much "flaming" in lieu of 2009 being so quite / no storms to chase) ... I'll make decision soon. Focusing on job and family ... 2010 is a mere 3 months away, and storm-chasing should be very good for 2010. Hat's off to Jim Edds and others who made it to west Pacific to chase typhoons. The true activity is just that: A "World away".

Wrapping up a rather un-eventful chase trip in the central US / returning Friday morning. 2009 has not worked well for me (chase wise) so I finally have thrown in the towel. With no hurricanes this year I tip my lucky hat to Jim Edds, who is chasing typhoons in the W Pacific (where activity IS active, but a World away).
