Sorry for slow updates this week, I was sick as hell with nasty cold. Hopefully will be betterfor skydiving this weekend (doing hil-alt 24,000 feet). Just turned 40 as my birthday was this week, although spent most of it in bed ;-(

Skipping town this week and headed to Chicago to close office up there (sigh). Should have Saturday free though with nice weather. Just did great shoot with French TV company for my storm chasing stuff before leving FL. I return Sunday.

Friday at last (after a short week) ... Still nothing to chase (no storms), so I am accepting that. Starting to plan weekend get-away trips early since I got so much time to use (that I did not use for storm chasing).

The Atlantic Tropical Season is dead right now ... Raining like hell all day in FL on long weekend - Except for small 1-hour window where I was able to get a great skydive in on Saturday with 3-way + camera jump at Clewiston. Visiting family and church plus extra day to forget about work.

Long weekend coming up - And hope it's not a total rain-out. As for the tropics, unless you are in the Pacific - Forget it - What a waste. TS Erika is gone to the shear Gods. Planning for next year (2010) already.

Middle of week. Watching Erika (but not expecting much with 2009 on this side of the planet). Rained all day today down here (S FL), making for miserable traffic (but this TROUGH SHOULD protect us from anything to chase tropical wise - right?) 2009 blows more and more by the minute ... Like my love life (which doesn;t necessarily BLOW per se - Just pushes me away). Yeah, I'm Frank, and honest. Sorry to offend thy.
