This is a video clip, with edited up-beat royalty-free music, of the effects of Hurricane Sandy in late October 2012 in Palm Beach County, Florida. The video consists of both POV (on Board) video from a SeaDoo personal watercraft as well as shore footage of waves at least 15 feet high (Boynton Beach / Reef Road area). Some tropical storm forced winds and minor storm surge is also shown in the video. Most footage was during hurricane Sandy's closest approach to the Florida East coast. Video footage is from October 26 through October 28, 2012. Special thanks to Jeffrey (Hung) Lam for riding along with me on this chase, and helping out with some of the video work!
The video requires at least a DSL connection and the latest FLASH Media Plugin for best results. This video is hosted to and linked to the YOUTUBE site (you can visit them at www.youtube.com). Click on the "play" icon in the video above if it does not start automatically.
