This is a video clip of storm chasing on May 24, 2008 in Nebraska. Despite a very large gathering of chasers / scientists in the area near Grand Island, not many storms developed in the area this day. The video shows a portion of the storm-chase expedition that was done in the central USA (or "Tornado Alley") from May 19 through June 1 of 2008.
