This is a video clip of a full skydive from a Bell 407 helicopter at the "Everglades Boogie" skydiving event at Air Adventures in Clewiston, Florida in January 2011. The video was shot from a wrist-mounted GoPro "Hero" HD camera for the POV shots plus some shots from the ground edited in. The footage includes boarding, takeoff, climb to 5,300 feet, and exit. The short freefall to 2,500 feet is just under 20 seconds, and involves acceleration to 120 MPH in under 10 seconds before the chute opens and is followed by a gentle ride down to the landing area.
