Video of Hurricane Hermine landfall in Alligator Point (Saint James) in the Florida Panhandle area. Storm surge and strong winds affected the area late in the day on September 1-2, 2016. Hurricane Hermine made landfall in the FL "Big Bend" area with sustained winds of 80 MPH and an storm surge as high as 12 feet.
