This is a highly edited video clip of hurricane Frances hitting Fort Pierce, FL on Saturday, September 4, 2004. The hurricane was a strong category-two hurricane with sustained winds of at about 105-MPH gusting to at least 120-MPH! The video contains clips from myself, Jeff Gammons, and Jason Foster.
