This is a highly edited video clip of hurricane Charley hitting Punta Gorda, FL on Friday, August 13, 2004. The hurricane was a strong category-four hurricane with sustained winds of at least 145-MPH gusting to at least 175-MPH! This hurricane chase involved 6 storm chasers (myself, Doug Kiesling, Jason Foster, Jeff Gammons, Jim Edds, and Mark Rackley). In this video you will see my perspective of this hurricane interception and it will definitely "blow you away"! The video shown here is DEMO ONLY and contains shots from my portion of a highly-successful DVD project later done for a benefit.
